Pleased to have an image selected as a semi Finalist in this years HeadOn 2020 Photographic Awards in Sydney. They did a great job taking the whole event online this year, my hat goes off to them.

Very pleased to have my portrait of the fabulous Phoebe as a Finalist in this years National Photographic Portrait Prize announced in Canberra last Friday. Covid19 rained on the parade of course, but the exhibition looked great. Thanks you to all the staff at the National Portrait Gallery for getting together such a brilliant exhibition under trying circumstance.

Pleased to be a Finalist and Semi Finalist again at this year’s HeadOn Photo Festival in Sydney, launching May 4th.

I was pleased that one of my portraits of Dr.Rodney Symes has been chosen as a finalist in this years Percival Photographic Portrait Prize. I approached Dr.Symes as a portrait subject after reading an article about his work with the ‘Dying With Dignity’ campaign. He has been a leading advocate in getting recent legislative laws changed concerning the issues around assisted dying.

I’m also very pleased to be a finalist in the Inaugural Martin Kantor Portrait Prize, which is honoring Australians that have made a significant contribution to Australian society. It runs in conjunction with the Ballarat Photo Bienale this year, and features a commission I shot of the exceptional Dr.Genivieve Goulding.

I was once again very pleased and honored to be a Finalist in this years National Portrait Prize in Canberra. It is the 10th anniversary of the Portrait Prize, and it was a great night put on by the National Portrait Gallery. Thank you to all those who helped put together such a fantastic evening.

Thrilled to have one of my images from the exhibition ‘NIGHT TREMORS’ chosen as a finalist in this year’s Bowness Photographic Award at the MGA. It’s getting ti be a very tough one to crack.

I am thrilled to be a Finalist in the 2015 Moran Photographic Prize this year. I couldn’t believeĀ  it when I found out I actually had two images selected out of the 30 images chosen for the exhibition.
